Payments made through LankaLink may be non-refundable once a booking, listing, or service request has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible. Approval of cancellation depends on the type of service, booking status, and whether third-party arrangements have already been made.
Approved refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to be processed, depending on the payment gateway, bank, and payment method used.
Refunds, if approved, will usually be made to the original payment method or another method approved by LankaLink and the payment provider.
